Course Overview
This training provides guidance for supervisors on effective leadership and management practices in unionized environments. The course will cover key aspects of labor relations including legal frameworks, the collective bargaining process, interpreting the union contract, dealing with grievances, and maintaining productive relationships with union representatives. At the completion of this course, participants will be able to:
