Course Overview
This one day, instructor led Interpersonal Communications training course will help participants communicate better and build relationships with others. Participants will come to understand what interpersonal skills are and how to develop these skills for improved interactions. Participants will be able to evaluate their current social interaction skills as well as discover tools and techniques they can use to enhance these skills. Interpersonal communication is important in the professional world because strong communication skills help professionals stand out from the crowd and increases their chances of success.
