Course Overview
This one day, instructor led course provides an engaging and practical framework for improving interpersonal communication, collaboration, and team dynamics in the workplace. Using the Everything DiSC Workplace profile and assessment, participants will explore their behavioral styles and learn how to adapt their approaches to better connect with colleagues. The program is designed to enhance self-awareness, strengthen workplace relationships, and foster a more cohesive and productive organizational culture. At the completion of this course, participants will be able to:
- Understand their DiSC style, including strengths, motivators, and stressors.
- Recognize and appreciate the different learning styles and behaviors of their colleagues.
- Adapt their communication and collaboration approaches to suit different situations.
- Apply conflict resolution techniques tailored to DiSC styles.
- Use DiSC principles to enhance teamwork, coaching, and leadership practices.
- Implement actionable strategies to improve workplace relationships and culture.

Participants create strategies and an action plan to overcome challenges when collaborating with people of different DiSC styles.
