Phoenix TS Makes the 2013 Inc. 5000 List!

Everyone at Phoenix TS is simply elated at the fact that we have made the 2013 Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing companies.

It’s hard to really comprehend the impact of the work you do on a day-to-day basis until someone breaks it down for you. And Inc.’s breakdown truly has everyone here beaming with pride. Over the past three years, Phoenix TS has witnessed a 204% growth in revenue and a 400% increase in the number of jobs we have added. These numbers secured us the following Inc. 2013 rankings:

• #1870 of the total Inc. 5000 List
• #26 of the Top 100 Education Companies
• #60 of the Top 100 Maryland Companies
• #25 of the total Baltimore Metro Area Companies

These numbers are simply astonishing, especially knowing what we have grown from.

Our Story

In 2009 Phoenix TS was small, to say the least. Back then our company consisted of only three employees working out of a basement trying to become an established organization of IT trainers. Now in 2013 we have a full team of 15 employees, a number of contract trainers and have broken out of the basement. We are proud to say that we are now the established IT and technical training center we had always hoped to become.

But we haven’t just moved to a bigger space and added more employees over the past few years; we have increased our capabilities all around. Today, Phoenix TS provides:

• Training at our facilities in Columbia, MD and Alexandria, VA
• Training at our client’s sites worldwide
• Live virtual training options
• IT, Project Management, Cyber Security, Big Data, Cloud and Virtualization, SEO and many more training and certification courses

During this time, we have also cultivated lasting partnerships with a number of industry certification leaders including EC-Council, CompTIA, Cisco and the Project Management Institute. Our center has also garnered a number of awards such as SmartCEO’s Future 50 and Baltimore Magazine’s “Best Places to Work,” both for 2013.

Not Stopping Here!

But this is far from being the end of the road for Phoenix TS. We are proud of everything we have accomplished in the last three years, but there is still much more in store. Our team remains hard at work to continue our growth rate and expand our offerings into the next year and beyond, so watch out as Phoenix TS continues on its journey to become a household name in the training industry!
