Course Overview
This one day instructor led Google Applications course will review the Google Application suite and some of the more popular applications. This course will provide step by step guidance to using these apps so that information is accessible and professionals can feel comfortable using the apps that meet their specific needs. Course topics include, the Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Forms, Google Keep, Photos, Email, Calendar, and Contacts. After taking this course, participants will know how to configure and use popular Google Applications. At the completion of this course, participants will be able to:
- Identify and understand the purpose of various Google Apps.
- Efficiently navigate and manage each Google App.
- Explore the key features of Google Apps and apply them effectively.
- Set up and manage a Google account.
- Collaborate seamlessly with others using Google Apps.
- Store, organize, and manage files within Google Drive.
- Create, edit, and manage documents using Google Docs.
- Develop and format spreadsheets and charts using Google Sheets.
